Let's know about Thai a little. Thais eat rice with their meals. Northern people prefer sticky rice and have it with dip sauces or Thai Salad. Southern people like fluffy rice and have it with curries. Instead of serving dishes in courses, a Thai meal is served all at once, permitting diners to enjoy complementary combinations of different tastes. Ideally, a proper Thai meal should consist of a soup, a spiced salad, a curry dish with condiments, a dip with accompanying fish and vegetables. To harmonize the tastes and textures of the meal, spicy dishes are "balanced" by bland dishes to avoid discomfort. To complete the meal, this would be followed by sweet desserts and/or fresh fruits such as mangoes, lychees, pineapples or longons.

The flavors of Thai food are quite different to those of any other cuisine. The combination of many different flavors such as hot, spicy, sweet, sour, salty and bitter, appetizingly enhanced by tanginess from an assortment of chilies used in typical dishes. Moreover, two or more flavors are often mixed together in one dish, and a mixture of fresh and dried ingredients which makes it's flavors unique. This flavorful blend which has become characteristic of traditional Thai food remains distinctive in local fare until present days Thai Food is lightly cooked so it's crisp, colorfully, sharply flavored and nutritious. The distinctive taste comes from a handful of fundamental ingredients. Ingredients that are essential in Thai cooking are spices and herbs, which, beside their aromatic quality, are known to have diverse health benefits

Thai food is generally known as being very spicy. However, all of our dishes are prepared mild unless you specify otherwise. We can prepare your food as spicy or as mild as you like. We offer dishes either mild, medium, hot, or Thai hot. Thai Hot dishes are extremely spicy and should not be attempted unless you are accustomed to very spicy foods on a daily basis.

Here are some of our specialty foods and beverages:

Boba Teaboba Tea

Boba tea / Bubble tea or foam tea, is a sweetly flavored tea beverage invented in Taiwan in the 1980s and first spread to nearby East Asian countries, migrated to Canada before spreading to Chinatowns throughout the United States. Drink recipes may vary, but most boba teas contain a tea based mixed with fruit (or fruit syrup) and/or milk. Ice blended versions of the drink are also available, usually in fruit flavors. Boba teas usually contain small tapioca balls or pearls called "boba". Pearls made of jelly are also available in many places. These teas are shaken to mix the ingredients, creating a foam on the top of some varieties, hence the name.
